The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which  Raspberry Solutions collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.pitherm.raspberry-solutions.co.uk website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by  Raspberry Solutions.

Our Contract

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your payment has been received. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is considered as an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Your order will be then sent for preparation where the order is checked over and if accepted sent for packing and shipping. You will be notified that the order has been accepted when you receive an Order Shipped email from us. The contract will only be formed when we send you the Order Shipped Email. Raspberry Solutions reserve the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery

Any images and descriptions contained on our site are issued only to provide you with an approximate idea of the product they describe. They do not form part of the contract between you and us.

Consumer rights

You may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our returns and refunds policy. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us via email. You must also return the product in the same New and Unused condition that you received the item in.


Your order will normally be shipped 1-3 working days . Delivery will be made to the address you provide us in your order if you need to change your address please do so as soon as possible. As once your order is handed over to the Postal Service, we are unable to change your address.
There will be no delivery until full cleared payment has been received

Prices and Payment

The Prices of any product on our website are as shown and exclude delivery costs which will be added to your order and shown in the checkout. Prices are liable to change at any time. Changes will not affect any order which has been placed prior to price changes.

All major Credit/Debit Cards and Paypal are  acceptable methods of payment. A payment has to be done and cleared in full before goods are shipped. All goods remain the property of the Raspberry Solutions until paid for in full and your order is accepted.

Return & Refund Policy

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the cost of sending the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend that all items are returned via a recorded delivery method, as we will not be liable for any damage or loss whilst in transit. If you require a refund for faulty / returned items we will refund your order as soon as we have received the items back to us and they have been tested by our technical team within 30 days of the day we receive the item back to us.

We won’t accept the return of any software returned to us if it’s been opened or activated. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn’t received in new, unopened condition.

Refunds of any money received from you will be made using the same card originally used by you to pay for your purchase and paid back into the same account.

Changes to this privacy policy

We Have the discretion to update this privacy policy and Terms and conditions at any time. When we do, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Slovak law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovakia.
